4.1 Responding to enquiries, demo requests and sample requests
We process your data to receive, assess and respond to your request; arrange a remote demo, on-site visit or sample pack; provide product, technical or commercial information; and manage pre-contractual communications.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by you and Kento’s legitimate interest in managing B2B enquiries submitted by company representatives.
4.2 Preparing tailored technical or commercial follow-up
We process your data to understand your company profile, application, region, preferred demo type and production needs, and to prepare relevant technical or commercial information.

4.3 Regional contact and partner routing
Where necessary, we may route your enquiry to the appropriate Kento regional contact, authorised representative or business contact for your market.

We may send communications directly related to your request, such as demo coordination, technical information, requested documents, sample pack follow-up or commercial clarification.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in maintaining a relevant B2B conversation.
Other electronic marketing communications will only be sent where legally permitted, for example with your consent or under an existing-customer relationship where the law allows it. You may opt out of commercial communications at any time.

We process technical data to maintain website availability, prevent abuse, detect incidents, debug errors and protect the website.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
